Hello, i purchased a copy of the game yesterday and was able to install initially. But, my main graphic card failed recently and I am using an old Geforce 8400 GS until the new year. I was receiving errors when trying to run the game, where it stated I had to update my graphics driver to 361.75, but this is unsupported by my card (running 342).

Today, I was going to try disabling one of my screens to run the game, but it looks to need to be installed again. I have tried 4 times, it has re-downloaded each time and silently fails at about 80% of the installation process.

The rest of my pc is decent spec, is it just the graphics card that is old. It does though exceed the minimum system requirements published on your store page. Do you have any suggestions to get this running (not just buy a new graphics card), or do I need to request a refund as the game is currently unplayable. I do intent to have a copy of the game, but if I need to wait until a new graphics card, i would rather purchase the game on Steam instead.

Hi Mace -- sorry to hear you're having this problem.

The 8400 is definitely below our minimum spec, so you likely won't be able to play it with that card.

With regard to the installation, are you using the itch.io app to install this?  It sounds like a problem with their app, which we don't have any control over.

I'd recommend contacting itch.io support to see if they can help out, and failing that, request a refund.
