I loaded my auto save file in the first arctic zone and everyone single one of my tunnels were removed. I'm going to have to start over because there is only 1 auto save at a time. I'm using the Steam version of Aven Colony now. I would suggest automatically creating 2 or 3 auto save points to give the player multiple opportunities to right their wrongs in deep games.
