add in a feature allow us to control how the resources will be consumed by manufacturing, and producing through quantity threshhold in inventory/warehouse
ex:
1) if i set max 100 iron in inventory, any plant that producing iron will stop making it when inventory has over 100, and it will automatically stop consume any resources to make iron
2) if i set min 100 rice in inventory, any plant that been set to convert rice to whatever, will only convert it if inventory has minimum 100 rice in it
u can put in some alert somewhere when these quantity threshhold is triggered and stopped any plant to use/produce them
