[Sticky] Workaround for save/load problems related to the app settings

We've identified a critical issue with interaction between the very latest version of the app and Aven Colony that could cause issues with saving and loading games (either being unable to save/load, or stability issues when going to the "Load Game" screen). Due to time zone differences we're unable to fix this on our end and will need to wait for a resolution from the side. In the meantime, here's a workaround for the issue:

1. Open the app
2. At the bottom left is a button that has your username on it
3. Click that, then click "Preferences" in the menu that appears
4. Please UNCHECK "Enable sandbox" in the window that appears

You can now close that window (or just click on "Library"). The game will now save/load for you - and if not, please let us know (at )!
